Pot Hole Reporting

Often, we find potholes faster than city inspectors can find them.  Put your tax paying dollars to work and report those poor road conditions!!

Details that are Important

Try to have the details ready for City staff to respond to.  Note the following when you call....

  • street name
  • street address
  • which lane - North, south, east or west bound

In order to Report a Pot Hole

The location of the pot hole can be sent to City staff by email

Call The Pot Hole Hotline at (807) 467-2334 and leave a message with the details.

City Staff address pothole complaints on both a priority and scheduling basis. The City estimates most pot holes are filled within a 12 to 48 hour period but be patient and be sure to follow up if there is no activity on your call after 2 days.

This is the main information and trouble call outlet during regular business hours.

Kenora Central houses the fleet facility which consists of 100 licenced vehicles and 75 pieces of equipment.
