Garrow Beach is located minutes from downtown Kenora on Rabbit Lake.  The beach is free for public use and is part of the City of Kenora's Recreational Parks network.  We have included some pictures of the the park directions for finding the nature trails below.

Garrow Park Features and Amenities

  • Beach with picnic area
  • Nature trails along Rabbit Lake's south shore with a visit to English Beach. 
  • Nature trails to St. Thomas Aquinas School.
  • Home of Kenora rowing club
  • Tennis courts on site.
  • Docking for canoes and kayaks.

Garrow beach is one of three public beaches on Rabbit Lake but is by far the most popular.  From Garrow beach there are walking trials to reach English Beach.  This small swimming area is quiet and private.
